Colonoscopy preparation at Yenepoya Hospital Mangalore :
1. Liquid diet for 3 days before the procedure
2. Tab.Dulcolax bedtime daily for 2 days.
3. Start PEGLAC Bowel preparation.
Dissolve PEGLAC powder in 2 litres of water, add some Limca
Start the preparation @ 2pm one day before Procedure.
4. Keep patient fasting post Midnight
5. Start IV fluids if there is no Contraindication.
6. Be careful about Ischemic heart disease, DM and chronic liver disease patients
7. Book an appointment with anaesthesia on call and schedule on Backbone
